At JA of Kansas, we host several events throughout the year to raise money to support our programming. These events also engage the community in our efforts to reach students! Whether you'd like to get involved on an individual level or as a business through event sponsorship, we offer several ways for you to support our work while having a great time!

When: Friday, April 11, 2025Start your spring off right with golfing and supporting financial literacy and entrepreneurship for Shawnee County students. Foursome is $525 with everything included, such as lunch, reception, and beverages.
We'll also have raffle prizes, team prizes, individual prizes and a beautiful day to play in a scramble.

Skills to Achieve
When: Thursday, October 06, 2022Join us at Washburn TECH to discover your pathway from high school to career. Open to all Juniors and Seniors in high school, we'll take a look at the career paths in automotive and diesel repair, construction, early childhood education and healthcare. Also, take part in soft skills training on resume writing, interviewing skills, communication and what the right career might be for you.

JA Virtual Career Fair 2021
When: Monday, March 01, 2021 - Saturday, May 29, 2021Junior Achievement of Kansas has unveiled its Virtual Career Fair which is targeted to help employers, job seekers and students searching for a career path. The 90-day fair will open on March 1 and run through May 29, and is supported by the Greater Topeka Partnership, Capitol Federal and Evergy.

Topeka Virtual Bowl
When: Friday, October 23, 2020 - Sunday, October 25, 2020Companies, families or individuals recruit teams of five individuals. Teams then collect donations that will support the Junior Achievement financial education program, which reaches over 27,000 children statewide.
